Job Title: Renewals Executive
Location: Northampton (Office-Based)
We are seeking a Renewals Executive to join our insurance team in Northampton. You will be responsible for managing renewals and supporting a portfolio of commercial and corporate insurance clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy documentation
* Liaise with clients, insurers, and underwriters to secure appropriate terms
* Ensure adequacy of cover and compliance with FCA regulations
* Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines effectively
* Provide excellent client service and technical support on insurance matters
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in insurance renewals or account handling
* Knowledge of commercial insurance products (Property, Liability, Motor, Financial Lines, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
