From vehicle graphics and shop fronts to large-scale exhibition displays and bespoke interior branding, they combine creative design with expert production and installation. They are looking for a Project Coordinator with an administrative focus to support day-to-day operations and project coordination, this role requires a strong background in administrative management, scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal workflows, accurate record-keeping, and timely delivery of key milestones across multiple projects. Responsibilities / Requirements: Experience in either Signage, Graphics or Van Conversion would be of an advantage Quoting new jobs and ensuring they are added onto the system correctly using the clients quoting software (training will be provided on this) Job scheduling and general administrative tasks, seeing jobs through from quotation to them going live. Maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, budgets, and team communications. Liaise with internal departments to gather and distribute information efficiently. Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritise across competing deadlines.
