We are hiring! Circet Traffic Management are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team based in East Kilbride. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collating / Uploading DFE evidence to AFS (Internal system) Liaising with Ops teams as and when required attending DFE update calls. Daily Completion of MIS uploading to create Drafts (as required). Making Payment to The HA for TTRO's Permits (as required). Receiving and processing external phone calls (as required). Processing Time sheets (as required). Knowledge & Skills Requirements: Able to liaise and maintain good relationships 3rd parties and stakeholders Good organisational, time management and communication skills. Able to work independently, proactively, accurately, and methodically under pressure and to strict deadlines. PC literate/good knowledge of Excel & Outlook. Must be a team worker. Confident and able to attend regular update meetings with project teams, colleagues. Carry out such other duties as are consistent with the job-holder's knowledge and skills and are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts or for attainment of the goals of the business.
