Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will focus on creating a memorable customer experience by leading your team within our nation’s favourite coffee shop. You will have the opportunity to treat your restaurant as your own, shaping a winning culture and delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve financial targets, budgets, and P&L objectives
* Support and develop your team, fostering a supportive environment for growth
* Maintain brand standards and ensure high-quality customer service
* Lead shifts, including opening and closing the unit
Skills & Knowledge
* Proven leadership experience in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality environments
* Experience managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and cost-saving initiatives
* Strong stakeholder relationship skills
* Experience motivating and developing teams through mentoring and training
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
Candidate Profile

Additional Information
Internally, this role is called Department Manager. The annual bonus can be up to 20%, depending on location and performance.
