Job Description:
Duties and responsibilities
* Oversees and manages all areas of German Doner Kebab Restaurant
* Ensures guest service exceeds company standards and maintains high guest satisfaction
* Responds efficiently to guest complaints and takes appropriate action
* Enforces high quality of products served
* Organizes and supervises shifts to ensure team and guest satisfaction
* Trains and develops team through organized training and ongoing feedback
* Appraises team performance and provides feedback
* Estimates consumption, forecasts requirements, and maintains stock inventory
* Monitors compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
* Controls costs and minimizes waste for maximum profitability
* Promotes and publicizes the GDK brand
* Nurtures a positive working environment and leads by example
* Monitors restaurant operations and initiates corrective actions
* Serves as duty manager on rotation basis
* Leads financial areas including sales, costs, and profit growth
* Analyzes and plans sales levels and profitability
* Organizes marketing activities
* Prepares reports on shift/week performance
* Creates and executes plans for sales and staff development
* Sets budgets and coordinates restaurant operation during shifts
* Manages team welfare and provides feedback
* Ensures employee adherence to uniform standards
* Greet guests and organize reservations
* Supervises shifts of kitchen, dining, and counter teams
* Maintains high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
* Checks stock levels and orders supplies
* Prepares cash drawers and petty cash
* Supports restaurant operations as needed
* Encourages teamwork and positive attitude
* Completes daily reports
* Attends training/meetings as required
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Ensures restaurant security
* Coordinates stock deliveries and maintains records
* Collaborates with franchisee on accounts and deliveries
* Administers PMC system
* Monitors stock areas for safety and cleanliness
* Ensures stock control and budget adherence
* Maintains customer service standards
* Trains staff and conducts performance reviews
* Maintains food quality standards
* Supports peak times and operational duties
* Ensures staff are well groomed and professional
* Complies with legal responsibilities and requirements
* Maintains local authority food safety certification
* Ensures equipment is well maintained

Qualifications
A qualified candidate should have excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Essential qualities include:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
* Experience in customer service management
* Extensive food knowledge
* Proficiency in English
* Computer literacy and restaurant management software familiarity
* Strong leadership and motivational skills
