Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations.
* Maintain accurate records for financial tracking - Book-keeping.
* Oversee clerical tasks such as filing and correspondence.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
* Ordering of stock
* Answering customer queries by post, e mail and telephone.
* Sending out invoices and receipts to customers.
* Sending wages to staff members.
* Good customer service skills.
Experience
* Proven experience in an office management or similar administrative role is essential.
* Proficiency in Book-Keeping is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional interaction.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Previous clerical or administrative experience is advantageous for this role.
