We're partnered with a leading 5★ housebuilder, renowned for delivering high-quality homes across the UK. They are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a large, flagship development of over 400 units based near Newmarket.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious ASM with proven housebuilding experience to step into a long-term, high-profile scheme with strong career progression on offer.
The Role
Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy residential development.
Manage trades and subcontractors to ensure build programmes are met.
Oversee quality control, health & safety, and customer care standards on site.
Assist with site administration, reporting, and ensuring compliance with NHBC and company standards.
About You
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager (or strong Trainee ASM ready to step up).
Essential: background in housebuilding with a solid understanding of NHBC standards.
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
Based within commuting distance of Newmarket.
