*Your workstyle will be a mobile hybrid worker in this role which gives you the flexibility to work from home and from a variety of Council workplaces.

About the role:

We are currently seeking a passionate, friendly, hard-working and flexible individual to join our team as a Regional Brokerage Officer. Brokerage works hard to source a variety of different care services to support individuals to improve their quality of life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a variety of complex care services across the West Glamorgan Region.

The main duties of the post will be to build and maintain relationships with providers and other professions, sourcing a range of complex services and provide a single point of contact for the purchase of services.

You will also be required to attend meetings as and when required.

This post will be a fixed term contract for 2 years.

About you:

Do you have:

* minimum of NVQ level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent.
* Qualifications in Health and Social Care is desirable but full training will be provided.
* Working within Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
