Maintenance Engineer (Days, Mon Fri) No shifts, Guaranteed OvertimeBased in the Lisburn area my client is a successful international heavy engineering company who manufacture automotive products for the global market. They are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias) to provide an efficient maintenance service to production. The starting salary is £36,121 (38 hour week) which rises after a period of training on their specific machinery, plus paid overtime at time and a half so with minimal weekly overtime you can earn £40,000 - £45,000 p/a,hours are Mon -Thurs 8.30am 4.30pm and Fri 8.30am 2.30pm, 33 holidays,pension - company 4% and employee 5%, death in service £60,000, sick pay, private healthcare and subsidised canteen.Role Maintenance EngineerRespond quickly to breakdown situations when applicable.Carry out planned maintenance as directed by your line manager.Liaise on an on-going basis with Supervisors, Managers and Area Engineers about problems and the efficiency of machines in designated areas.Contribute to continuous improvements / TPM on machines and processes.Person Maintenance EngineerCandidates must be time served Maintenance Electricians, Mechatricians or Fitters with electrical qualifications and who have recent experience working within a manufacturing environment.For a confidential conversation regarding this Maintenance Engineer job contact James Coulter.
