At this difficult time the Council Leadership has made clear their support for our statutory functions, including Adult Social Care. We know where our priorities are.
We have a strong commitment to staff welfare. This includes having a dedicated Training officer supporting adult social care, and a Deputy Principal Social Worker to support staff welfare and practice. We have also recently upgraded our electronic recording system.
Experienced Social Worker
You will have spent some more time post ASYE learning your role, taken on some supervision, complex cases and done some extra training perhaps as a PEP, BIA or AMHP for example.
