Overview
Senior Payroll & HR Implementation Consultant - Managed role at Employment Hero. Employment Hero provides a HR, payroll and benefits software-as-a-service platform to small and medium-sized businesses. We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our specialist Managed Service Delivery team as a subject-matter expert, responsible for managing our most complex implementation projects and acting as a key escalation point. You will leverage deep product and industry knowledge to ensure our customers have the skills required to proficiently operate and administer our software. You will mentor and support other Implementation Consultants to help develop the wider team.
Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation for our most complex and high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and successful transition to the Employment Hero platform
* Act as a primary mentor and point of escalation for the Implementation team, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting professional development
* Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers
* Design, develop, and deliver bespoke Payroll and HR implementation workshop content for multiple clients based on best practice
* Deliver specialised training to clients on advanced payroll and HR implementations
* Respond to customer communications and queries during the implementation within SLA
* Build strong working relationships with fellow Customer Experience (CX) team members and external teams to drive continuous improvement
* Ensure data in business management systems (e.g., sales, support, project management, time tracking) is accurate and current
* Review and improve delivery processes and contribute to strategic continuous improvement initiatives
Who You Are

* 2+ years of implementation and training experience, with a proven track record of managing complex, client-facing projects
* Expert knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements in the UK
* Experience creating and maintaining learning content to support new products and assist with implementations and platform adoption
* Extensive Payroll or HR implementations experience with a deep understanding of the implementation journey
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels
* Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience driving change and improvement with internal and external teams
* Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage a challenging workload and high-volume project portfolio
* A passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with others
