Denzel's isn't just another pet brand. It's a high-energy, slightly-obsessive, dog-obsessed cult (the friendly kind) built around Denzel - a Cocker Spaniel so loved it's borderline ridiculous. We're on a mission to create premium, all-natural treats that make you feel like a superhero every time you spoil your dog. Because honestly, they deserve it more than we do.

Since launching in 2018, Denzel's has gone from "cute startup" to "holy crap, we're in Tesco, Pets at Home, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Ocado" - while also building a pack of dog parents who love us almost as much as their dogs love treats. The Role

Think of this role as the Swiss Army knife of the dog-treat world. One day you're handing out samples like a treat-dealing rockstar at a marketing event, the next you're helping assemble sample boxes for dog influencers who probably have more followers than all of us combined. Some days you'll be deep in promo submission forms, others you'll be helping pull off events or keeping the office running smoothly. Basically, you'll be everywhere. And the truth is - we couldn't keep this dog-loving ship moving without you.

This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone who hears "all hands on deck" and actually rolls up their sleeves (instead of pretending their Wi-Fi just cut out). You'll report to our Head of People & Culture (read: keeper of vibes), while working closely with our founders, sales heroes, marketing magicians, and anyone else who needs a hand. It's an incredible chance to learn the ropes of a fast-growing challenger brand while building a career that's less "fetching coffee" and more "fetching actual wins."


What you'll be doing (aka your tricks):


• Providing day-to-day coordination and administrative support across the wider team to keep everyone running smoothly


• Supporting the sales team with retailer admin and asset wrangling (think new line forms and artwork submissions)


• Helping the marketing team hand out treats, run events and generally spread joy


• Assisting with keeping the website up to date with new products and fresh content


• Maintaining the sacred scrolls of Denzel's (aka drive folders, product bibles, and Notion project docs)


• Pitching in wherever needed and being a positive, proactive presence in the team, because at Denzel's, no job is beneath anyone

Who we're looking for:

* Experience in a similar administrative role is a bonus, but not essential
* A genuine interest in challenger FMCG brands
* Super organised with exceptional attention to detail (e.g the type of person who notices when someone uses "your" instead of "you're")
* Proactive and willing to get stuck in wherever needed
* Strong communicator who can work with pretty much anyone
* A positive problem-solver who actually enjoys finding clever fixes
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, self-starting, and happy to take the initiative
* Someone who embodies our values
* And of course, must be dog person (otherwise, we're not sure we can trust you).

The interview process:

We like to keep things simple (and human). Here's what you can expect:

1. Initial call
(20 mins) - a quick hello to get to know you and your experience better, and to answer any burning questions.
2. Video interview
(30 mins) - a chance to dig a little deeper into your experience and what makes you tick.
3. In-person interview
