We're particularly interested in SEN teaching assistants who are comfortable and experienced in 1:1 roles, and are adept at supporting pupils with behavioural or complex needs.
Role Requirements:
As a SEN TA, it's beneficial (though not compulsory) to have experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care. It's crucial that candidates applying for this role have a solid understanding of behavioural management and any other additional SEN/SEMH requirements.
We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of support/intervention programmes for SEND

- Previous experience with SEN/SEMH
