I’m working with a fast-growing global hospitality group that’s redefining modern travel.
With several properties across key international cities and airports, they’re expanding quickly, and data is at the heart of their next stage of growth.
They’re now hiring a Growth Analytics Manager to join their central commercial team in London. This is a newly created position designed to modernise how the business uses data across marketing, digital, and revenue.
You’ll sit at the intersection of revenue, marketing, and digital, translating data into insight that drives bookings, optimises campaigns, and informs commercial strategy. Your work will directly support senior leadership and shape data-driven decisions across multiple markets.
🚀 Performance Analytics & Data Strategy
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll use data to identify opportunities, improve how we capture and model information, and help build scalable reporting frameworks that bring clarity to business performance.
Working closely with the commercial and marketing teams, you’ll consolidate data from multiple systems to create reliable, automated insight. You’ll design dashboards and frameworks that guide leadership teams toward better, faster decisions.
You will:
* Partner with key stakeholders to define analytics priorities and align them with business goals
* Connect and structure data from different systems into unified, scalable reporting models
* Translate commercial challenges into measurable data requirements and actionable analysis
* Lead automation and dashboarding efforts to replace manual reporting with data-driven decision tools
* Define and track KPIs that reflect real business impact
* Highlight growth opportunities and risks through proactive, data-informed recommendations
đź’ˇ Delivering Insights
You’ll be the main point of contact for insights that drive commercial growth. From diagnosing booking trends to evaluating campaign performance and forecasting revenue, your analysis will help the business make smarter, evidence-based decisions.
You will:
* Analyse marketing, pricing, and revenue data to identify growth opportunities
* Uncover patterns in customer behaviour and campaign performance across channels
* Present insights clearly to senior stakeholders, connecting data to commercial outcomes
* Support the marketing team with ROI and attribution analysis
* Build and refine data models that enable continuous learning and performance tracking
📊 Data Visualisation & Storytelling
You’ll create dashboards and reports that empower teams across the business to access insight quickly and confidently. Your visualisations will simplify complexity and help teams understand what matters most.
You will:
* Design dashboards in tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau to track performance
* Build layered, intuitive visualisations that guide users through key insights
* Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs
* Communicate complex data stories in a way that engages both technical and non-technical audiences
🤖 Automation & Continuous Improvement
This is a hands-on role where you’ll make analytics faster, smarter, and easier to scale. You’ll identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data quality, and ensure consistent reporting across markets.
You will:
* Automate data pipelines and reporting processes using modern BI tools
* Maintain clear documentation for key metrics and data definitions
* Collaborate across teams to improve data capture and model accuracy
* Apply SQL and Python where needed to streamline workflows and enhance scalability
🏆 About You

* You’re a hands-on analyst who bridges the gap between commercial and technical.
* You can find meaning in complex datasets, explain it clearly, and influence senior decision-making.
* Have 5 to 10 years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy, or revenue performance
* You are fluent in SQL and familiar with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
* You understands digital marketing, attribution, and customer acquisition metrics
* Can communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders
* Enjoys working in dynamic, fast-moving, global teams
* Ideally has experience in travel, hospitality, or another consumer-facing industry
* Combine analytical rigour with commercial thinking
* Are curious, adaptable, and proactive in finding answers
