The UK Schools and Groups department generates revenue in excess of £50 million and as a Customer Service Administrator you will be supporting teachers, youth group leaders and uniformed groups (such as cubs, scouts, guides, and brownies) to process booking documentation and facilitate their bookings. Working in a vibrant, open plan office, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of PGL.
Responsibilities
* Effectively manage all pre-travel administration for PGL's Adventure UK centre bookings.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of your customers and the centres they visit to anticipate their needs.
* Work with your colleagues to ensure all customer needs are met and often exceeded.
* Provide fantastic administrative and organisational support, with keen attention to detail.
* Show amazing customer service skills, listening, understanding, and providing solutions.
* Prioritise workloads and multi-task in a busy open‑plan office environment.
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
