As we expand, we are looking for a self‑motivated and professional Sales Administrator to join our team. This key role supports the Sales Team in meeting targets and deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely order processing while delivering exceptional customer service. The position will involve liaising with Sales Managers, Directors, and various departments worldwide, as well as direct customer contact to address enquiries and resolve order queries. A strong candidate may progress into a full sales role.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Export Sales Managers/Directors from initial enquiry to quotation, order processing, and after‑sales care.
* Liaise with departments across the global group for technical queries, order processing, and follow‑ups.
* Assist with sales orders, amendments, and cancellations.
* Coordinate with Sales Operations/logistics to provide order status updates to customers and distributors.
* Maintain opportunity system records using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Help with tenders and basic quotes.
* Uphold core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
* Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
* Report quality issues or defects to management for corrective action.
* Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
* Experience with computerised systems is essential.
* CRM experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
* Confidence using in‑house systems for quotations.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines.
* Preferred experience in a sales office environment.
* Export sales experience is preferred.
