This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Lawyer to gain hands-on experience with high-quality claimant clinical negligence work, supported by recognised specialists in the field. The Role You will handle a claimant-focused caseload of clinical negligence matters, including: Birth injury and obstetric claims Cerebral palsy cases Spinal injury and brain injury claims Serious and catastrophic injury matters You will manage your own files (with supervision), typically up to 25-30 matters and work closely with senior solicitors on higher-value and complex cases – ideal for developing strong technical and litigation skills early in your career.
