Cover Supervisors Wanted Across the Wirral.
We are looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the Wirral. This is the perfect role for those who can lead a classroom, manage student behaviour, and ensure learning continues across the peninsulas diverse schools.
Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
Location: Across the Wirral:Birkenhead, Wallasey, West Kirby, Bebington, Heswall, Bromborough, and Pensby.
Start Date: After Easter.
Role Type: We offer both long:term placements and flexible day:to:day supply.
Must Haves:
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness for one).
* Confidence in managing groups of 25:30 students.
Duties:
* Lead the classroom and ensure pre:set work is completed to a high standard.
* Maintain a safe and productive learning environment through effective behaviour management.
* Respond to student queries and provide guidance on assigned tasks.
* Collect completed work and provide detailed handover notes for the regular teacher.
* Ensure all school safeguarding and health and safety policies are strictly followed.
