Travis Talent is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a long-established and market-leading manufacturer based in Rotherham, operating within the construction sector. They are looking to recruit a confident and motivated Internal Sales Coordinator to join their growing commercial team.

The Role
Working as part of a close-knit sales team, youll play a key role in promoting our clients market-leading construction products to both new and existing customers across the UK. This is a varied and people-focused role, where no two days are the same.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and qualifying new sales leads through calls, emails, and inbound enquiries
Supporting the external Business Development Managers by booking appointments and following up on opportunities
Creating and following up on quotations, helping to convert these into closed deals
Processing orders and maintaining customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
Gaining in-depth product knowledge so you can confidently speak to customers and help meet their needs
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who is confident, organised, and thrives in a customer-focused sales environment. You might already have internal sales or coordination experience or you could be an excellent administrator with strong communication skills, ready to take the next step in your career.
Key skills and qualities include:
A positive, can-do attitude with natural relationship-building ability
Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or sales support role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Great attention to detail and time management skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems (ERP/CRM experience a bonus)
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your workload effectively
Whats On Offer
Up to £28,000 base salary
£4,000 additional commission (paid monthly)
MondayThursday: 8:30am5:00pm | Friday: 8:30am2:30pm (hello, early finish!)
