Are you an experienced Industrial Doors + Roller Shutter Engineer looking for a new challenge with excellent earning potential?
Our client is seeking a skilled engineer to join their expanding team, covering sites across Leamington Spa and the surrounding area. Working with major commercial and industrial clients, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of access systems that play a vital role in keeping facilities safe and operational.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with industrial doors and roller shutters, with additional skills across automatic doors, gates, or barriers being a real advantage. You’ll be comfortable working independently, delivering high standards of workmanship, and taking pride in achieving first-time fixes.
Responsibilities
* Install, service, and repair industrial doors and roller shutters
* Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance at client sites
* Diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions on first visit wherever possible
* Support wider contracts involving automatic doors, gates, or barriers where required
* Participate in an on-call rota and work overtime as needed
* Complete compliance and service documentation accurately and on time
Person Specification / Qualifications
* Proven track record with industrial doors and roller shutters (essential)
* Multi-skilled knowledge of automatic doors, gates, or barriers (desirable)
* DHF or ADSA qualifications (advantageous)
* Strong time management skills and ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent customer-facing communication skills
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Willingness to work overtime and take part in call-out rota
