- Hold a relevant first degree and/or professional qualification and a teaching qualification Proven experience in a leadership or management role within education.
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate information into actionable strategies.
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to lead teams, inspire staff, and promote high standards of teaching and learning.
Clear understanding of the OFSTED framework (EIF) with the ability to meet all standards.
