Role

We are seeking a reliable, organised and energetic Account Executive. This is a client facing role so the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients is essential. This role also involves working as part of a core delivery team to ensure all client’s objectives and needs are met.

Key responsibilities

Candidate Must Be


* ORGANISED - Including ensuring Client emails/Teams are acknowledged and responded to in a timely manner, assisting in setting up and maintaining internal folders/drives/databases. Help keep client areas and studios looking smart. Attend and book weekly and daily meetings and build timing plans and scheduling
* AN EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR- Must take time to learn and understand the requirements of each project and how to provide the information required to ensure the best creative output. Take initiative and assist in the preparation and follow up of Client meetings by creating necessary documents including agendas, shoot schedules, meeting notes and contact reports.
* ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL- Especially in communication and logistics when booking travel, accommodation and taxis.
* PROACTIVE - Anticipate client needs/ questions/ challenges before they arise and prepare,
* COMMERCIALLY MINDED - contribute to the achievement of Client satisfaction, departmental and commercial business objectives by being actively involved in Client meetings and presentations, and proactively sourcing new opportunities with Clients to upsell and communicate these to the wider team.
* HELPFUL - help with the smooth running of shoot days- Meeting & greeting models and clients, ensuring they are looked after throughout the daySkills & experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with the ability to create reports, presentations, and track project progress effectively.
* Experience in fashion, e-commerce, and campaign coordination, ensuring seamless execution of projects from briefing to delivery.
* Strong client relationship management skills – ability to communicate with stakeholders, understand client needs, and ensure expectations are met.
* Exceptional organisational skills, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with all ages of models on set – CRB checked, safeguarding children qualification preferred.
* A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in client communications, project deliverables, and campaign execution.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (creative, production, and post-production) to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of drafting client emails, status reports, and presentation decks.
* Strong problem-solving skills, proactively identifying and resolving project challenges.
* Experience using project management tools is desirable but not essential.
