About the Role
As our Social Media Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing and growing client accounts across LinkedIn and Meta platforms. You'll craft engaging content, develop campaigns, and collaborate directly with clients to ensure their brand voices shine. This is a hands-on role requiring both creativity and organisation, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, schedule, and manage social media content for client campaigns.
* Write engaging, brand-appropriate copy across platforms.
* Create eye-catching visuals using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
* Liaise directly with clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
* Monitor analytics, provide insights, and optimise performance.
* Keep up to date with social media trends and platform developments.
About You
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar social media or marketing role.
* Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and tone of voice.
* Confident in LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management.
* Proficient in basic graphic design tools (Canva/Adobe Express).
* Demonstrated passion for beauty and sustainability.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Able to commute easily to Brighton for hybrid working.
