An outstanding opportunity for a Private Client Tax Partner to join a high-performing professional services firm with a strong HNW and UHNW client base. This firm is well known for its collaborative culture, entrepreneurial approach, and loyal client relationships across landed estates, family offices, entrepreneurs, and international private clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Private Client Tax service line across a diverse portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
* Deliver strategic advisory services including IHT planning, CGT, residence and domicile, trust structuring, and succession planning
* Drive new business development and deepen relationships with intermediaries, wealth managers, and law firms
* Mentor and develop the private client tax team from Manager to Director level
* Contribute to the overall leadership of the firm’s tax offering
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Partner or Director within private client tax in a UK accountancy or law firm
* CTA or STEP qualified preferred
* Expertise in complex HNW advisory, UK res/non-dom, trusts, IHT, and international issues
* Strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable leading a practice area or scaling a team
