Training and Compliance Administrator
Location:Stirling
Contract: Permanent - Part Time
Working hours: Monday to Friday - flexible days and times to suit the needs of the business, 25 hours per week

Your new role
What you’ll do:
The Training and Compliance administrator will have responsibility for the administration and reporting of a range of training, compliance and development activities as directed by the Training and Compliance Partner, as well as ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning management system and processes.
You will be the first point of contact for training queries and be responsible for all related administration, ensuring a get it right first time ethos is adopted.
Responsibilities will also include
1. Supporting the Training and Compliance partner in ensuring the development and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), processes and reporting.
2. Scheduling, planning and administration of all training delivery programmes for Robertson Facilities Management
3. Analysing training evaluation data and creating reports identifying changes and new interventions where required
4. Identifying and implementing process and procedural improvements across the training and compliance activity
5. Creating and maintaining reporting, utilising LMS data
What you’ll need:
6. Exceptional attention to detail
7. Ability to produce, interpret and analyse data
8. Create reports and presentations on data analysis
9. Excellent organisational skills
10. Highly skilled in use of Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
11. Experience using a Learning Management System for planning and reporting
12. Strong decision-making ability and proactive nature
13. Ability to prioritise and adjust quickly to changing priorities
14. Process driven with a continuous improvement focus
15. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
16. Ability to achieve set deadlines and work well under pressure
