The London Borough of Bromley is seeking an experienced Property and Regeneration Lawyer to join our Commercial Legal Team. This role offers an opportunity to drive excellence and innovation, providing high-quality legal services aligned with the Council’s strategic objectives.

Your Role
* Provide expert legal advice on complex property and regeneration transactions to senior officers, Council leaders, Committees, and elected members.
* Ensure effective service delivery and support the Council’s modernization efforts, including digital transformation initiatives.
* Represent Legal Services as an experienced Property and Regeneration Lawyer.
About You
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FILEX with a current practicing certificate, who has:
* Substantial experience in providing commercial and regeneration property legal advice.
* Strong cooperation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues within the team.
* A commitment to continuous improvement, inclusivity, and collaborative working.
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex legal matters clearly.
