Brodies have a great opportunity for a Digital Support Apprentice to support their Paralegal team based in Glasgow.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our bespoke case management systems, acting as a first response for system-driven tasks and supporting workflow accuracy across multiple teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Working collaboratively across teams, supporting the Paralegal Team with diary management, task administration, and workflow progression
+ Managing and updating our bespoke case management system Imanage, ensuring all workflows are progressed accurately and on time
+ Send out client agreements using Adobe Sign and support with onboarding new clients
+ Preparing, collating, and issuing court papers via recorded delivery, monitoring receipt through Royal Mail Track and Trace, and updating system statuses accordingly
+ Completing file closure tasks, including reviewing outstanding accounts receivable and WIP, and ensuring system records are fully accurate and up to date
+ Assisting with the enhancement of existing reports and the development of new reporting tools within our systems
+ Excellent customer service skills and clear communication with clients and colleagues
+ Excellent personal presentation skills
+ Prepared, organised and able to prioritise work efficiently and to strict timescales
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Experience working in a fast-paced environment
+ Be a strong team player
+ Good communication skills, On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
