We are seeking an experienced and motivated Breakfast Chef to join the team at the Royal Garden Hotel. This role requires someone who can run the breakfast section smoothly and independently, directing the brigade to deliver high-quality dishes with consistent presentation and service standards.

The Breakfast Chef's Keyresponsibilities include: Perform duties in line with departmental SOPs, hotel policies, and procedures.
Ensure breakfast standards are consistently achieved and maintained.
Report problems or complaints promptly to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
Set up service correctly and on time for each breakfast period.
Prepare food strictly according to designated recipes.
Ensure food quality, quantity, and presentation are of the highest standards.
Complete mise en place before service.
Support other sections when required by the Executive Chef or Sous Chefs.
Conduct food rotation and storage checks, ensuring items are covered, dated, and labelled.
Clean and maintain work areas after service, leaving them in excellent condition.
Be flexible and willing to work in other areas as needed.
Prepare all orders accurately and on time.
