We’re working with an exciting, fast-growing personal care brand to recruit an Ecommerce Manager who is passionate about driving online sales, optimising performance and owning the technical side of Ecommerce .
This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail and taking full ownership of day-to-day eCommerce operations across Amazon, DTC and the brand website.
The Role - As an Ecommerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising all B2C online channels, with a particular focus on Amazon performance, website trading and technical optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning and growing the Amazon channel, including listings, content optimisation, SEO, promotions, advertising and performance tracking
* Managing the brand’s DTC website, overseeing day-to-day trading, merchandising and conversion optimisation
* Taking ownership of the technical side of eCommerce, including site functionality, integrations, troubleshooting and platform improvements
* Monitoring sales, traffic and conversion data, producing insights and making data-led improvements
* Working closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure campaigns, launches and promotions are executed smoothly
* Managing product uploads, content updates and site maintenance to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
About You
* Proven experience in an eCommerce or digital trading role, ideally within beauty, personal care, FMCG or consumer brands
* Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
* Solid understanding of website platforms, eCommerce tech stacks and digital analytics
* Commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable getting into the detail
* A proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing business
