Are you an experienced and motivated Registered Manager looking to lead a growing homecare service in Walsall? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive care provider committed to delivering exceptional standards of care across the West Midlands.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care service. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, leading a passionate team, and maintaining the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the homecare branch, ensuring compliance with CQC and company standards
*
Lead and support care coordinators and field care supervisors
*
Manage care packages, rotas, and staff performance
*
Drive service development and business growth in the Walsall area
*
Maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and local stakeholders
*
Ensure accurate record-keeping, safeguarding, and risk assessments
Requirements:
*
Registered Manager experience within a domiciliary care setting
*
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent / working towards)
*
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver business growth
