Salary: £38,000 per year Van & Fuel
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Contract: Permanent
Call-Out Rota: Required
Build Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading social housing contractor to recruit an experienced Multi Trader to cover the Kingston area.
Role Overview
You will be carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong all?round skill set and a customer-focused approach.

1. Carpentry
2. Plumbing
3. Tiling
4. Painting & Decorating
5. Plastering
6. General maintenance duties

8. Company van & fuel card provided
9. Monday to Friday working hours (8am–5pm)
10. Call-out rota with additional earning potential
11. Long-term, stable work within social housing
Requirements
12. Proven experience as a Multi Trader
13. Strong background in domestic or social housing repairs
14. Full UK driving licence
15. Ability to work independently and professionally in occupied homes
