ToworkcollaborativelywithotherteamswithinHomelessServicestodealwithReviewsandAppealswithintheprescribedtimelimits. ToinstructlegalservicesonHousingActappealsandrepresenttheCouncilinCourtasandwhenrequired. TomanageandcontroltheuseofcostlytemporaryaccommodationduringthereviewandCourtappealprocess. Toensurethatallworkiscarriedoutinaccordancewiththecurrentrelevantlegislation,andanycentralgovernmentorLambethpolicies,proceduresandperformancemeasures. TocontributetotheworkoftheUnitandreporttotheReviewManager. PerformadministrativetasksfortheReviewTeam. LiaisewiththeLegalDepartmenttopreventanyJudicialReviewthreats. TocommunicateeffectivelywithstaffwithintheteamandtheUnitinconnectionwithreviewandappealcases. Thispositioniscomplexwiththepotholderbeingrequiredtoliaisewithcustomers,statutoryorganisation,advocates,solicitorsandthirdsectorproviderstoarriveatasustainablehousingsolutionforcustomerswithcomplexandmultipleneedsforexamplementalhealthcombinedwithdrugandoralcoholaddiction.
