* Providing desk-side support for Windows laptops, printers, and applications.
* Supporting manufacturing hardware such as label printers, scanners, and access control devices.
* Managing incident tickets and resolving technical issues efficiently.
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
What We're Looking For:
* Proficiency in Windows device support and software installation.
* Experience with print/scan devices and basic hardware maintenance.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
