Salary: £45,000 Basic
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Type: Full Time | Permanent
A leading Building & Facilities Management company is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work across a varied commercial portfolio with a stable, well-established employer.
Role Responsibilities
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and mechanical systems
* Fault finding, diagnostics, and reactive repairs
* Working across multiple commercial sites
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards
* Liaising with clients and site teams
Requirements
* Experience working on HVAC / mechanical building services
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
* Relevant mechanical or HVAC qualifications (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
