Job Title: Level 1 and 2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Bolton
Salary: £450 - £500 per week temporary role, dependant on experience and qualifications.
The School and Role
A welcoming and supportive primary school in Bolton is looking for a Level 1 or Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team from April. This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm) is ideal for someone with knowledge of the Prime and Specific areas fo learning and whom can observe childre, plan for next steps whilst nurturing them with their speech, language and communication.

Requirements
The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant you will require;
1. Level 1 and 2 TA Experience or confidence working with children.
2. A deep understanding of the National Curriculum framework or a willingness to learn this.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
4. A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
5. A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.
