Showroom sales consultant, Downpatrick area We are working with a long-standing company who are seeking to employ a showroom sales consultant for their tile and bathroom showroom. As part of this position, you will provide design inspiration, sales and support for tile and bathroom products to customers, ensuring customers receive the highest level of customer service. In this role you will be: Identifying and assisting customers with product selection. Providing a high standard of customer service. Deal with all retail purchases and enquires relating to the products. Following up on general phone enquiries, supporting all aspects of customer service, and converting into successful sales Establishing customer contact, arranging appointments and visits to the showroom, and proactively developing new sales opportunities Providing customers with a detailed and agreed specification and quotation based on their requirements. Maintain and build relationships with customers. Continually update your knowledge of products by participating in company and supplier training to achieve department sales targets. General housekeeping of the department. Cash handling, operation of counter tills and computer system. Participate in company stock takes ensuring an accurate count of all stock.
