We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee our contracts in Watford, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead, and Milton Keynes. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are organized and performing in accordance with our brand standards and company values.
Main Responsibilities:
* Contract Management: Ensure that all contracts are running efficiently and effectively, providing high-quality products and food services to our clients.
* Team Development: Develop and train our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Client Satisfaction: Drive the service and support to exceed client expectations, innovating and being creative.
* Contract Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all contracts are running in line with contractual obligations.
* New Mobilizations: Assist with new contract mobilizations.
