Lush Empires Ltd is a premium personal development and business mentorship consultancy based in the UK, serving a global client base. We specialise in sales training, content marketing strategy, and offer development for service-based entrepreneurs, with a focus on high-ticket sales and client acquisition.
We are looking for a Business Sales Executive with proven experience in consultative selling, market positioning, and pipeline development in the personal development or business coaching sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our B2C client base, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting offer development that converts.
This is a specialist role suited for someone with deep industry knowledge, client psychology understanding, and a track record of results in high-performance sales environments.
Duties
* Develop and execute strategies to attract high-ticket clients through content marketing, outreach, and strategic partnerships
* Conduct market research to refine ideal client profiles and identify new opportunities within the coaching and consulting space
* Build and manage a structured sales pipeline to track leads, conversations, and conversions
* Engage directly with leads via sales calls, email, and messaging platforms to qualify, nurture, and close deals
* Collaborate on the design and packaging of bespoke mentorship and training programs
* Deliver tailored sales consultations, supporting clients through their buyer journey
* Gather feedback and data to improve sales scripts, funnels, and marketing campaigns
* Represent the brand's voice in all client communications and ensure a high-standard client experience
* Report weekly performance metrics, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts to the company director
* Support post-sale client onboarding and liaise with operations to ensure service delivery matches expectations
Skills
* Minimum 5 years' experience in closing, business development, and sales leadership, preferably within the personal development, coaching, or consulting industry
* Proven track record of closing high-ticket B2C offers (£5k–£50k+) through both inbound and outbound strategies
* Deep understanding of buyer psychology, particularly in service-based or transformation-based markets
* Experience in content-driven marketing and social selling (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, email nurturing)
* Skilled in building and managing sales pipelines and CRM tools to track performance and conversion metrics
* Strong consultative communication skills with ability to position, pitch, and close bespoke offers
* Ability to collaborate with leadership to design and refine offers, messaging, and pricing strategies
* Strategic thinker who can translate client feedback and market research into effective sales approaches
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high performance standards
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
