Farrow & Ball - Warehouse Administrator, Wimborne, Dorset We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Warehouse team in Wimborne, Dorset as a Warehouse Administrator. We are offering this position on a Full time Permanent basis working a shift 1pm -9pm Monday - Friday. The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely flow of customer and internal orders through the warehouse system. This involves accurately processing and releasing orders for picking, checking stock availability, and coordinating closely with warehouse teams to keep operations running efficiently. The role ensures all order details are correct, communicates any issues or urgent requirements, and maintains accurate records to support reliable and on-time fulfilment. What we expect from you Key Responsibilities: Process customer and internal orders through the warehouse management in IFS accurately and on time according to the agreed despatch lead times. Release orders to the warehouse for picking, ensuring all required information is complete and correct. Monitor order queues and prioritise work based on dispatch deadlines, delivery schedules, or customer requirements. Check stock availability before order release and communicate any shortages or issues to relevant teams. Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth picking and packing flow. Identification and reporting of any safety, health, environmental and quality incidents within the warehouse.
