Now, we’re entering our next phase – and we’re looking for someone bold enough to help lead it.
The Role: Regional Manager – Manchester
This isn’t just another billing manager role. This is full ownership – an opportunity to put your name on the door and shape something long-term.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Launching and leading GH Engage’s Manchester presence from the ground up.
* Hiring, mentoring and building a high-performing team around you.
* Developing and nurturing key client relationships across mission critical/ construction and related sectors (US market ideally)
* Driving strategic growth with a view to equity and real “skin in the game.”
* Being a cultural torchbearer – leading by example and delivering to our standards of excellence.
Who You Are:
* A proven 360 recruiter with a track record in construction, technical, or data centre markets (US IDEAL)
* Entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and ready for a role that offers more than just a desk.
* A natural leader – someone who can inspire, grow a team, and lead from the front.
