You should print off the role profile and Head Teacher's report and give them to your Head Teacher for completion.
To ensure your application is accepted, the Head Teacher report must be signed by and emailed from the Head Teacher who completed it, in PDF format, to agallagher@holyfamily.e-dunbarton.sch.uk prior to the closing date. Include the (EAD) reference number of the post on the report form.
Failure to submit the report as specified may result in your application being excluded from shortlisting.

The cost will be deducted from the first salary payment, or in some cases, in installments. If employment ends before deduction, the full amount will be deducted from the final salary.
