The Role
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will:
* Lead, inspire and support a small team of nursery practitioners
* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development in line with the EYFS
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and staff
* Monitor progress, complete observations and maintain accurate records
* Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and all statutory requirements are met
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years / Childcare
* Experienced in leading or mentoring staff within an early years setting
* Confident with the EYFS framework and child development practices
* A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Passionate about creating enriching learning experiences
