As a 3P capacity manager, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams and closely with Carrier partners to identify and solve problems in the delivery experience.
You will be responsible for capacity planning across multiple countries and managing delivery performance across carriers and regions.

Within the Transportation team, you will drive improvements to logistics challenges, pursue strategic initiatives, and manage innovation projects within our expanding European Fulfillment Network.
Amazon Italy seeks a customer-focused, analytical Program Manager to oversee transportation processes, improve performance, and address operational challenges through deep network analysis and solution implementation.
Location options include: Milan, London, Madrid, Paris, or Munich at Amazon Corporate offices.
Key job responsibilities
* Managing country-wide programs to design and support cross-functional transportation processes.
* Creating capacity plans to meet demand, reduce costs, and improve speed.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, costs, and processes.
* Supporting country teams in operational meetings and reviews.
* Leading innovation projects and ensuring their operational success.
* Managing network configurations, working with stakeholders across transportation.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in program or project management.
* Experience in analytical, results-oriented environments with cross-functional interaction.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related fields.
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
* Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas, data cleansing).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with MS Access and SQL.
* Ability to gather requirements and write detailed documentation.
* Advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA, data links).
* Master's degree or equivalent.
