Service Care Solutions are supporting a reputable non-profit provider and are currently recruiting for a Recovery Worker.
As a Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the field, highly driven, and capable of recognizing positivity within service users and fostering their potential.

Key responsibilities for a Recovery Worker:
* Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
* Support individuals from Point of Entry
* Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
* Deliver One-to-One interventions
Minimum requirements:
* Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
* Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
* Experience in Key Working and Care Planning
