The position is an opportunity to work in the Employee Benefit team to learn and develop a deep understanding of Employee Benefits. As a forward thinking business the development of staff is key with professional exams supported both in respect of fees and study leave.
Experience is preferred although not essential.
MAIN DUTIES:
1. To provide administration support
2. To assist and prepare the drafting of reports
3. Implementation of new business
4. Accurately maintain back-office systems
5. Liaise with clients and providers
6. Proactively manage renewal process of all schemes
7. Ensure fees and invoicing is submitted and recorded in a timely manner
