Overview of the role
Whether you are new to the industry or have come from a social care background, we welcome your application. You’ll be provided with in-house training when you start work with Choice Care. Working alongside our permanent staff team, not only will you make a huge difference to people’s lives, but you’ll also enjoy days out, trips away, and participate in many activities, all of which help ensure the people we work with are safe, happy, and lead fulfilling lives.
Key duties
* Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing, and help with feeding
* Medication administration
* Assisting and participating in residents' daily activities, hobbies, or outings
* Following care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
* Maintaining written daily records
* Attending and completing training, as required

Where will you work?
We provide flexible, tailored supported living services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs. Our support ranges from a few hours a day for independent living skills, shopping, and personal care, to full-time, 24/7 specialist care. We work closely with local authorities, care professionals, and accommodation providers to support individuals in their own tenancies, promoting independence while providing necessary care. Our supported living services are highly personalized and structured around the needs, capabilities, and preferences of the people we support.
