Administrator S4, Sheffield £25,000 Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm Looking for someone to start ASAP The Role This position provides core administrative support to the office, with a strong focus on data entry, record management and maintaining organised filing systems. While you will act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, the primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate data processing, document control and efficient handling of administrative tasks across the office. Key Responsibilities Inputting and updating dad across internal systems Preparing and processing documentation Ensuring all filing is up to date Create and supporting with processes for office organisation Assist other departments with administrative tasks during periods of absence or peak workload Answering incoming calls, taking messages and diverting to relevant department Updating job cards for engineers Creating jobs on internal system for engineers Person Specification Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong communication skills both verbal and written A proactive, team oriented approach and willingness to support wider office needs EMA25
