Company Overview
You will be joining a leading Insurance and Reinsurance Broker as their HR Generalist/Adviser on a 14 month fixed term contract. The purpose of this role is to provide a generalist HR service across the company, reporting directly into the Head of HR. Based in their modern City of London office three days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining two days.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for maintaining the Learning Management System, assisting the HR team with all work experience student programmes and inductions, supporting the delivery of the company's annual appraisal programme, supporting the end-to-end process for work visas for both existing employees and new employees requiring a visa to commence employment, supporting on employee relations matters, accurately collating ad-hoc payroll changes, supporting the HR team with preparing spreadsheets for annual bonus/salary reviews and assisting the Talent Acquisition Business Partner with resourcing and onboarding including scheduling interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
