About the Opportunity
The Social Value Coordinator will develop, implement, and manage social value initiatives aligned with our company's mission and objectives. This involves collaborating with community groups, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of social value projects.
We seek someone with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for doing the right thing. The ideal candidate can work effectively in a diverse team across the UK, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen interest in continuous learning. Key Responsibilities
* Facilitating and monitoring project-based social value activities and measurement
* Writing case studies for internal and external use
* Authoring submissions for accreditation, benchmarking, and awards
* Engaging and supporting pre-employment programs
* Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social value

* Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
* Data interrogation, analysis, and presentation skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

* Knowledge of social value principles, frameworks, and measurement tools
* Experience with AI (desirable)
