We operate nearly 200 services across England with nearly 3,500 staff and volunteers supporting around 125,000 people annually.

About the Role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Young Persons Substance Misuse Practitioner to join the Branching Out Team in Calderdale. The role involves providing specialist drug and alcohol treatment and support for young people aged 10–21 years and their families, focusing on those affected by someone else’s substance use and delivering ‘Hidden Harm’ interventions.
About You
* You enjoy working with young people and have relevant experience.
* You can work flexibly.
* You understand the challenges faced by young people and can deliver empowering interventions to build resilience against substance misuse.
* You must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
